Following a board meeting held on Monday Alan Bird and David Merritt have been nominated to represent the Trust on the Brentford FC board subject to their ratification at the club's AGM on November 28.
The current Bees United Chairman, Brian Burgess, announced at today's Annual General Meeting that he will be standing down from the chair at Monday evening's board meeting.
The Annual General Meeting of Griffin Park Stadium Limited will be held at Griffin Park, Braemar Road, Brentford, Middlesex on Wednesday 28 November 2007 at 7pm.
To be held on Saturday 17 November 2007 from approximately 1.15pm (immediately following the Bees United AGM and prior to the Darlington game) in St Paul's Parish Centre.
In light of the current postal strike, the Bees United Election Working Group have extended the deadline for receipt of postal nominations for the forthcoming Board election to 12 noon, Thursday 11 October.
