Bees United will hold its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 4th December 2010 at 12 noon. This will be before the Notts County home match and will take place in The Hive at Griffin Park.
Following the formal AGM agenda, there will be a question and answer session allowing Bees United members to put questions to the Bees United board.
Copies of the 2009 AGM minutes and audited 2010 accounts will be available at the AGM and will also be posted on the BU website as soon as they are available.
Members unable to attend the meeting may nominate in writing the name of a proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting. This person need not be a member of the Bees United. A separate proxy form is available for members to use and will form part of a postal mailing to members giving them notice of the AGM. This should be received soon after 9th November 2010.
The proxy form must be returned to Bees United at the Club’s address at least 48 hours prior to the AGM, that is by noon on 2nd December 2010.
