Arrive early for Matthew Benham meeting
Bees United members are urged to arrive early for the meeting on 17 August, next Monday evening, to discuss the proposed agreement with Matthew Benham.
The meeting will be held at St Paul's Church Hall, St Paul's Road, Brentford and is scheduled to commence at 7.45pm.
As the meeting is for members only, time will need to be allowed for registration. To ease the registration process members are urged to bring some form of identification with them, ideally confirming name and postal address.
Members are also reminded that the Heads of Terms on the agreement with Matthew Benham will be available for inspection an hour before the meeting.
The relevant documents and voting papers are being despatched by the Electoral Reform Services. If any members have not received papers, they should contact the ERS Customer Services on 020-8889 9203.
