Have you ever missed the start of a game because of transport problems? Does your journey to and from the match take longer than it should? With up to 250,000 people attending sports events across London on some weekends, getting stuck in crowds travelling to and from matches can be frustrating.

The London Assembly has launched an investigation aimed at improving travel arrangements to and from the capital’s sporting events. It will bring together Transport for London, the boroughs, stadium owners and fans by investigating difficulties at individual grounds, and promoting possible solutions.

The Assembly would like to hear about any problems affecting your journey and your suggestions for improvements. Please email your views to sportstravel@london.gov.uk.

The investigation’s findings will be published in a report in the autumn, setting out recommended changes to make travel on match days quicker and simpler.

The London Assembly holds the Mayor to account and investigations issues that matter to Londoners. Find out more at www.london.gov.uk/assembly
